Interior Home Checks

At Property Tenders, we combine technology and thoroughness to ensure your home is in perfect condition. During each visit, our Property Tender will:

1. Wear a GoPro to document their movement around the property.

2. Complete a digital checklist form for the property owner.

3. Conduct a 50+ point check of your property from ground level.

After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed checklist report. If any issues are found, we'll promptly call and text you. Unlike other property management companies, we prioritize your specific needs and look forward to serving you. Clear skies and smooth seas until we connect!

• Visually inspect all rooms for visual water damage (Floor, Walls, Ceilings)

• Check all lights

• Check all fans for operation

• Check/Test all smoke alarms

• Check/Test all CO2 Detectors

• Check all windows: Leaks, latched and secured

• Check all doors: Leaks, latched, and secured

• Check bathroom - No water leaks from toilet or sink, dripping faucets

• Check circuit breaker

• Check freezer and refrigerator for functionality

• Set heating and air to desired temperature/humidity

• Set blinds to specifications

• Visually inspect for signs of rodents or insects
